Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Work from Home Appointment Setter to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with prospective clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and strategic communication. Your primary goal will be to schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives, helping to expand our business development efforts and increase revenue opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using CRM software and marketing data to generate interest in our products and services
  • Engage prospects with clear, persuasive communication to qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, update contact records, and manage follow-up activities
  • Develop rapport with clients through professional and friendly conversations, ensuring a positive experience that encourages commitment
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and scheduled appointments in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and provide additional information

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written—with a professional tone
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions
  • Knowledge of technology or technical sales processes is a plus
  • Ability to conduct warm calling and outbound outreach confidently and persuasively
  • Customer service orientation combined with proactive business development skills
