As a tutor, you will: • Positively impact K–12 learners nationwide. • Work flexible hours around your schedule (Monday–Friday, no weekends) • Tutor fully remote using our easy-to-use virtual platform. • Receive paid training and use a curriculum that is already created for you. • We cover fingerprinting costs What we are looking for: • Must be U.S. based • Can commit to a consistent weekly schedule • Have experience or strong knowledge in Reading, Math, Algebra, or ESL/ELL • Are passionate about helping students grow academically • Are comfortable using online technology (screenshare, whiteboard, virtual tools) • Want a part-time W-2 supplemental role (up to 25 hours per week) What You’ll Appreciate • Competitive Pay – Tutors earn $22.50 per hour for English/ELL/Reading and Math sessions. $18 (base pay) X 1.25 (paid administrative time per hour)= $22.50 per tutored hour. This is a W-2 supplemental opportunity that pays bi-weekly! • Flexible scheduling between 7 AM – 8 PM EST, Monday–Friday • Fully remote work with no commuting • No lesson planning required • Small tutoring groups (1:1–1:3) • Bi-weekly pay with paid administrative time included • Paid Trainings • Paid background check and fingerprinting. California tutors are required to undergo fingerprinting before they can provide tutoring services.
