Job Description: • On a mission to deliver affordable, delightful healthcare for all, First Stop Health provides connected, whole-person virtual care to employers 24/7 through app, website, or phone in all 50 states. • First Stop Health prioritizes an engaging and easy-to-use experience, setting people on healthier journeys through care at multiple stages. • First Stop Health is seeking a Master’s Level Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist, etc.) - Contractor to provide short-term and long-term therapy via virtual session. • The ideal candidate is passionate about advancing the company’s Quadruple Aim: enhancing patient care experiences, improving population health outcomes, reducing costs, and bolstering clinician well-being. • Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' presenting concerns for both our short-term and long-term therapy services to develop targeted treatment plans, and, as indicated, facilitate referrals to higher-level of care or community resources when clinically appropriate. • Follow clinical protocols at all times. • Support client safety by assessing and managing risks related to self-harm or harm to others. • Assess, diagnose, and generate treatment plans to deliver mental health treatment. • Activate appropriate referrals to other care teams or community resources. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all client interactions within the First Stop Health system. • Stay current with industry trends by reviewing developments in telehealth counseling, evidence-based treatment modalities, and emerging interventions. Requirements: • A Master’s Degree in an area of Mental Health (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.) • Active independent licensure in 2 or more states highly desired! • Interest and ability to provide both short-term and long-term therapy • Strong Interpersonal Skills, with a focus on customer service • Capacity to connect meaningfully with patients during first encounter • Sound clinical judgment • Self-starter • Collaborative spirit • Clear communicator • Flexible and willing to learn new skills • Must have high-speed internet and a private confidential workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise that is consistently professional in appearance • Advanced Skills Required in: • Organizational skill with attention-to-detail and competent time-management • Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment. • arenaflex Office proficiency Benefits: Apply tot his job
