If you have clerical and customer service skills, and are looking for your next career move, apply now. • *Job Description** The Vendor Relations Management Specialist is responsible for managing supplier onboarding, compliance, and ongoing support across multiple state programs. This role serves as a primary point of contact for suppliers, providing best in class customer service, technical assistance, and resolution of portal-related issues within systems such as ServiceNow, Simplify, and VectorVMS®. The Specialist ensures accurate processing of vendor applications, maintains required documentation, and supports supplier activation and compliance activities. Internally, this role collaborates closely with Accounts Payable, Account Managers, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate payment updates, supplier record changes, insurance compliance, and program alignment. The Supplier Support Specialist must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer experience. This position is a **full-time, hourly contract** and **remote** role. "This position does not offer employment sponsorship. All candidates must be eligible to work without need for sponsorship by employer." • *What You'll Do** • *Customer Facing:** + Review Vendor Applications per state contracts within the supplier Management Portal (ServiceNow) + Registration, enrollment materials, documentation updates + Provides customer service through contact questions and helpdesk emails + Vendor Management System (VMS) & Simplify related to supplier activations and compliance maintenance + Helpdesk Support for technical assistance to utilize the supplier management portal + Perform password resets + Assist with VectorVMS® functionality issue resolution + Assist with ServiceNow functionality issue resolution + Work to build and maintain a positive customer reputation • *Internal Facing:** + Work alongside internal groups by delivering goals and providing updates + Collaboration with Accounts Payable + Payment term and address changes + Supplier sub setups for state clients + Insurance compliance + Collaboration with Account Managers + Provide status updates • *What You'll Need** Required: + Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience + Proven ability to conduct detailed requirements analysis + Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills + Ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently + Demonstrated strong computer aptitude + Excellent time-management skills + Strong organizational abilities + High attention to detail.
