Vacation Rental Operations Specialist

Title: Vacation Rental Operations Specialist Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: Full-Time Hourly Rate: $25 - $35 per hour Rest Days: Wednesday & Thursday (Can be flexible) Key Responsibilities: • Execute high-quality, efficient turnovers and deep cleans for luxury vacation rental properties, adhering strictly to timelines and standards, especially during peak periods (Fridays and Sundays). • Be the primary specialist performing turnovers on assigned properties during peak check-in/check-out windows. • Implement a rotating schedule for deep cleaning tasks across the property portfolio during off-peak hours. • Manage property operational supplies and inventory, including cleaning products, guest amenities, and linens. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure properties are properly supplied. • Perform essential light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing bulbs/filters, minor repairs) and coordinate with management regarding more complex maintenance needs. • Conduct routine operational checks and property audits to identify potential issues, assess condition, and ensure functionality. • Contribute to developing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for property turnovers and care. • Ensure all operational aspects are in order for guest arrivals, verifying properties are spotless, functional, and welcoming. • Potentially assist with onboarding or guiding other cleaning personnel on operational workflows and standards.
