Travel Telemetry RN - Winston-Salem, NC

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Registered Nurses skilled in Telemetry and Medical-Surgical care. This travel position offers the chance to work on a dynamic patient population including observation, respiratory conditions, general medical surgical diagnoses, palliative care, hospice, psychiatric observation, diabetes management, and surgical care. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as you will support multiple units within a reputable healthcare network. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Minimum 2 years of RN experience; first-time travelers are encouraged to apply • Strong Telemetry and Medical-Surgical nursing skills • BLS certification required • Ability to pass a mandatory EKG exam during onboarding • EPIC electronic medical records experience preferred • Previous Charge RN experience is a plus • Flexibility to float across various hospital units as needed • Commitment to punctuality and adherence to a strict zero-tolerance attendance policy Location: Winston-Salem, NC Winston-Salem is a vibrant city known for its rich history, cultural attractions, and excellent quality of life.
