NOW HIRING: TIKTOK LIVE COMMERCE PRODUCER

Icon Swim is looking for an experienced TikTok Live Commerce Producer to lead, manage, and scale our live selling strategy.

This is NOT a host position.

We are looking for the strategist + operator behind the scenes who knows how to turn lives into revenue.You will oversee the full live production process, from setup to execution to optimization.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to:

Set up professional live streaming equipment (lighting, camera, audio, backdrop)

Optimize internet & streaming quality for seamless lives Manage TikTok Shop backend + product pinning

Create a structured “run of show” for each live

Guide and cue the host during live sessions Monitor engagement + sales metrics in real time

Adjust strategy mid-live to increase conversions Troubleshoot technical issues quickly

Coordinate product drops, promotions & urgency tactics Analyze post-live performance + improve future sessions

Understand live selling psychology & conversion strategy

Ideal candidate: Has PROVEN experience producing TikTok Shop or live commerce streams

Understands fashion/retail selling dynamics Is organized, strategic, and detail-oriented

Can operate independently and take ownership

Has examples of live streams they’ve managed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in video production, video editing, with a focus on live streaming or live commerce specifically on tik tok
  • Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging scripts and interpret audience preferences
  • Knowledge of post-production techniques, including video editing and visual effects
  • Familiarity with Tik Tok platform features, trends, and best practices for live commerce
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical writing skills for creating clear guidelines or tutorials related to live streaming processes

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $50.00 - $150.00 per hour
