About the Role The Customer Success Technical Solutions Specialist (TSS) is a senior, customer-facing technical role designed for arenaflex 365 specialists who thrive at the intersection of solution architecture, customer success, and product. This role is designed for an experienced arenaflex Modern Workplace Solution Architect or Specialist, someone who has spent years designing and supporting real-world arenaflex 365 solutions and is now interested in applying that expertise within a SaaS product company, and partnering closely with the Product team to influence how solutions evolve. You'll own the technical aspects of customer onboarding and managed evaluations, support advanced configuration and integration scenarios, and act as a trusted technical advisor to customers. You'll also partner with Presales on technical discovery and proof-of-concepts, and work closely with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot complex issues and share customer insights. This is a customer-facing, product-adjacent role, not a backend engineering or ticket-driven support position. Success in this role comes from strong Modern Workplace expertise, sound solution design, and a focus on customer adoption and time-to-value rather than one-off implementations or pure technical delivery If you're deeply technical in arenaflex Modern Workplace and passionate about SaaS products, customer outcomes, and time-to-value - this role is built for you! What You'll Be Doing Customer Success, Technical Advocacy & Enablement • Own technical onboarding components including API integrations, webhooks, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure Functions, and PnP provisioning. • Participate in technical discovery to uncover integration, governance, and automation needs. • Deliver technical enablement sessions for admins, architects, and technical SMEs. • Create reusable assets: integration guides, scripts, diagrams, API examples, architecture patterns. • Advise customers on programmatic setups, governance approaches, automation best practices. • Triaging advanced issues in collaboration with Product & Engineering; provide actionable reproduction steps and context. • Support managed evaluations: defining technical success criteria, validating configuration, reducing friction. Presales Support • Join discovery calls to understand tech requirements and translate them into solution approaches. • Configure POC environments demonstrating Orchestry's advanced capabilities. • Maintain prototypes in Power Automate, Power BI, Agents, Azure Functions, etc. • Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and documentation including security/compliance responses. • Maintain & optimize demo environments with rich, realistic data and advanced scenarios. • Create presales enablement: diagrams, integration patterns, competitive technical differentiators.
