Team Leadership • Promote a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning, and high accountability. • Help unblock delivery risks early—whether technical, interpersonal, or organizational. • Coach junior team members and client contributors on Agile best practices. Sector-Specific Awareness • Deliver projects in the data engineering space. • Collaborate with technical architect to understand solution architecture, design, risks, and plan their mitigation. • Develop and maintain RACI matrices and comprehensive project plans, including daily progress trackers to monitor work execution. Qualifications: Required • 5–8 years of experience in Agile delivery, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Data Engineering or related projects. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional Data Engineering technical teams. • Experience in a professional services or consulting environment, working directly with clients. • Strong interpersonal skills: assertive, diplomatic, organized, and outcome-driven. • Demonstrated expertise in Project Management methodologies such as Scrum and Agile, with proficiency in tools like Jira. Preferred • Experience managing Data Engineering projects involving Databricks, Synapse, and Azure cloud. • Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PSM) and/or consulting credentials (PMP Agile, delivery excellence frameworks). What Success Looks Like: • You’re not just facilitating—you’re advising and shaping delivery strategy. • Your teams are unblocked, productive, and focused on business value. • You build trust with technical and business stakeholders alike, balancing execution and empathy. • You elevate delivery rigor while keeping the client’s strategic goals front and center.
