Role Overview The SVP, Coding Product Commercialization is a growth-driven leadership role responsible for scaling Coding product & services solutions within the healthcare market. This role will drive market expansion, product differentiation, and go-to-market strategy while ensuring adoption, revenue growth, and industry recognition (e.g., KLAS, Black Book). Candidates must be a Coding Subject Matter Expert to sales support, to build credibility through expertise, and be an evangelist brand ambassador for the IKS platform. This role is ideal for a proven business leader who has successfully commercialized coding solutions and led go-to-market execution and positioned those solutions for strong market adoption and competitive success. Key Responsibilities • Own the commercialization strategy for coding solutions. This will cover all customer segments from large health systems to single speciality healthcare groups. • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and coding product adoption within the market • Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy that aligns with customer needs, payer trends, and regulatory requirements. • Identify strategic partnerships, alliances, and expansion opportunities to differentiate offerings and capture market share. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to refine positioning, pricing, and engagement strategies. Industry Recognition & Market Leadership (KLAS & Other Ratings) • Lead initiatives to position the company’s coding products and services for top-tier industry ratings (KLAS, Black Book, Gartner, etc.). • Establish the company as a recognized leader in coding solutions through thought leadership, strategic marketing, and customer engagement programs. • Develop customer advocacy programs, case studies, and outcome-driven success stories that contribute to high industry ratings. • Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive benchmarks to inform product roadmap and commercial strategy. Industry Thought Leadership & Influence • Represent the company as a coding subject matter expert at industry conferences, panel discussions, and executive roundtables. • Publish thought leadership content (whitepapers, reports, and webinars) that highlights IKS’ coding innovation. • Foster relationships with providers, payers, regulatory bodies, and industry analysts to enhance brand credibility and market influence. Product Commercialization & Differentiation • Work closely with product management and R&D to ensure alignment between product development, market needs, and competitive differentiation. • Define and prioritize feature enhancements, AI-driven automation, and workflow optimizations to drive efficiency, compliance, and financial performance. • Oversee successful product launches, ensuring seamless market entry, strong sales execution, and measurable business impact. • Identify gaps in market offerings and key differentiators that position the company as an industry leader in coding solutions. Performance Metrics & Data-Driven Strategy • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including: • Revenue growth and customer acquisition • Market penetration and product adoption • Customer satisfaction and retention • Industry rankings and competitive positioning • Utilize data analytics and market insights to optimize pricing models, sales strategies, and commercial execution. • Implement a feedback loop from customers and internal teams to drive continuous product and market strategy enhancements. Functional Coding SME for Sales Support • Participate in key sales conversations to build credibility through expertise and being an evangelist of the IKS platform and its coding solutions • The incumbent will support the sales teams (hunting & farming). • Will drive forward sales conversations by leading discussions about our coding solutions and how it can deliver value to our clients/prospects. Qualifications & Experience • 15+ years of leadership experience in coding operations, coding solution/product commercialization, or healthcare technology with a coding emphasis. • Proven track record of scaling coding solutions to high-growth milestones and driving commercialization success. • Deep expertise in coding workflows. • Strong background in go-to-market strategy, pricing optimization, and product positioning. • Experience in driving industry recognition (KLAS, Black Book, Gartner) and customer success programs. • Executive presence with ability to engage C-level stakeholders, healthcare executives, and industry leaders. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills.
