Oversee and manage the Metadata Operations team within NBCUniversal Media. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of content metadata across various platforms. Develop and implement processes to maintain and improve the quality of metadata. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices related to metadata management. Train and mentor team members on metadata standards and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of metadata. Monitor and analyze metadata performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management on metadata-related issues and developments. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support metadata operations. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and quality of metadata management. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with metadata in a timely manner. Lead and motivate team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
