Primary Responsibilities: Staff Product Manager serves as an emerging subject matter expert, while serving as an individual contributor that exhibits a high level of trust, autonomy and empowerment. The ultimate outcomes of this role is to strengthen public trust, accelerates digital modernization, and ensures health guidance is consistently understood—regardless of platform or audience. A Staff Product Manager exhibits strong influential skills to represent the product management practice in planning sessions, advocating for the best solution, while communicating tradeoffs.
