Your arenaflex package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). We’re looking for a Visual Product Designer with exceptional visual craft, strong systems thinking, and the ability to turn sophisticated ideas into elegant, accessible experiences. You’ll join a multidisciplinary UX organization that includes designers, design technologists, and researchers collaborating across arenaflex to define how AI comes to life for enterprise and consumer users alike. As a key member of our design team, you’ll elevate the visual language of AAIS — shaping design systems, defining expressive patterns, and art-directing how our products feel and communicate. You’ll balance precision and experimentation, working hands-on in Figma, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote as well as more AI-specific creative tools to deliver design assets and presentations that inspire teams and delight customers.
