Sr. Corporate Sourcer Consultant - Remote - 0033889 United States Description Description - External The Senior Corporate Sourcer is responsible for driving all aspects of the candidate sourcing and generation process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. This involves creating and implementing complex sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools for all levels of positions. The Senior Sourcer will support between 2-3 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. This is a W2 6-month contract role working fully remote. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources • Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc. for as required for ManpowerGroup clients • Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates • Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels • Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members • Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sites. 2. Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan and develop go forward strategy to identify pipeline of candidates for hard to fill positions 3. Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description • Assist with job requisition / description development • Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants • Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions 4. ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance • Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis • Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system • Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork • Resume conversion and application maintenance. Qualifications Required: • 3+ years of experience in a pure sourcing role (not combined with recruiting). • Proven success sourcing corporate roles (corporate functions like marketing, finance, sales, customer success, etc) for large Fortune 500 companies. • Expertise in using Internet and social media strategies for sourcing, including cold calling and database research. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio. • High School Diploma Nice to Have: • Sourcing training courses About Talent Solutions Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end data-drive capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
