In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing innovative technology solutions that enhance civic healthcare. Your expertise will help streamline processes and improve the overall public health outcome by designing solutions that address the unique needs of patients, caregivers, and providers. As part of the Growth team, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, shaping strategies that drive success and deliver compelling proposals. Responsibilities • Create solutions for specific opportunities, highlighting unique strengths and methodologies. • Lead the development of innovative solutions with technical and customer domain experts. • Contribute to demos, proposals, and oral presentations. • Develop technical and operational delivery capabilities into compliant proposal content. • Work closely with subject matter experts to refine and improve solutions. • Engage with high-level customers to showcase capabilities and introduce new technologies. • Head up technical teams for Design challenges. • Mentor team members and provide strategic insights throughout the proposal process. Requirements • Over 7 years of experience in solution development with a focus on Federal proposals. • Strong knowledge of Agile, HCD, and DevSecOps practices. • Familiarity with architecture and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions. • Understanding of human-centered design and product management. • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. • Proven track record in writing and managing proposal sections. • Knowledge of Healthcare Data Interoperability and enterprise case management platforms.
