Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Skilled Construction Laborers and Basic Laborers to join our dynamic construction team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the worksite. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Both experienced laborers and those eager to develop their skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
  • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Support skilled tradespeople with tasks requiring precision and attention to detail
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Assist in the installation of structures, framing, drywall, or other building components as needed
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while adhering to project specifications and deadlines

Experience

  • Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for entry-level candidates
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices is a plus
  • Ability to operate basic tools and equipment is advantageous
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for consistent attendance on job sites

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
