Digital Products - Mobile/Portal • Availability and Performance Monitoring (including Peak Season) • Stability and Reliability Engineering • Develop/update technical documentation and diagrams Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team? Experience in E-commerce, Digital products (Web, Mobile etc) Application and infrastructure experience What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? • Availability and Performance Monitoring • Participate in high-priority war rooms and summarize/provide updates to key stakeholders • Assist with incident/problem RCA and identification of trends • Identify key performance indicators and leverage monitoring tools to track trending/deviation from baselines • Participate in pre-release performance/load testing as a technical SME, using KPIs to assess performance against baselines • Provide input and data analysis on a weekly/monthly basis for a set of services within the digital portfolio • Stability and Reliability Engineering • Assess and monitor overall application stability and performance, providing insight to areas for potential improvement • Identify risk areas and work collaboratively to address and remediate • Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance, track the remediation of enterprise identified security vulnerabilities • Support technology modernization efforts, providing insights on opportunities for automation and optimization • Develop/update technical documentation and diagrams What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? arenaflex Office Dynatrace Splunk various open-source monitoring Data Analysis What skills/attributes are a must have?
