The Senior Vice President of Private Wealth is an executive on the Legal team who will lead their own team, represent our company at marquee industry events, and interface with our most important customers. You will use your industry experience to bridge the gap between enterprise-level growth, frontline insights, and product innovation—turning real-world themes, problems, and customer feedback into clear priorities and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in our most important growth initiatives. • Interface with senior partners at AmLaw 100 firms and executives at major financial institutions and trust companies to drive enterprise acclimatization and adoption of technology. • Bring in marquee and larger customers by working closely with our growth team, specifically the Director, Private Wealth Sales and Chief Growth Officer. • Be a software product visionary. • Improve the UHNW products by continuing the feedback loop with our product and engineering teams so that our solutions meet the rigorous standards of a partner-level attorney. • Ensure our company is proactive and the market leader, not just reactive to market trends and customer feedback. • Continue our culture of excellence and innovation. • Lead our people. • Build processes and participate in pre-sale and post-sale implementation of the software on site with customers. • Create systems, procedures, and internal metrics to ensure high-quality support from the legal and support teams at scale. Work closely with our Head of Client Experience. • Lead the Wealth.com professional review team, as a team of super users that supports our blue-chip customers. Qualifications: • J.D. degree and admission to at least one U.S. state bar. • Minimum 15 years of experience in private wealth, with at least 10 years in private practice. • Partner-level attorney preferred • ACTEC membership preferred • Strong interest in technology, particularly generative artificial intelligence. You understand that AI is not a threat to the legal profession, but another evolution for practitioners. You are ready to switch your ownership track from the law firm to the corporate world. • Demonstrated interest in building attorney teams, procedure for scale, and business development. • Willingness to travel at least once a month within the continental United States.
