Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular audits and reviews of company processes, procedures, and documentation to identify any areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans to address any quality issues or deficiencies. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure consistent understanding and application throughout the organization. Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance regulations and guidelines, staying up-to-date with any changes and ensuring compliance.
