This role supports initiatives across process improvement, digital thread, predictive analytics, and automation - delivering tools that make data actionable and workflows faster, clearer, and more reliable. What You Will Do You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other support functions) to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and translate them into secure, scalable software solutions. Our team operates as a product-oriented “internal startup,” and developers are empowered to contribute across the delivery lifecycle - from discovery and design to development, testing, deployment, and support - working closely with users to iterate quickly and drive measurable outcomes. This role also requires strong technical ownership: the ability to design system architectures, define implementation approaches, and execute with accountability. You will have latitude to evaluate and introduce modern tools and methods that improve delivery speed, quality, and maintainability. • Collaborate with stakeholders (Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, etc.) to understand business needs and define secure, scalable software solutions. • Build and maintain Blazor web applications with C#/.NET and DevExpress (front-end + APIs/services). • Deploy and operate applications on Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Functions, etc.). • Improve UI/UX design and modernize existing applications. • Implement and secure AI-assisted features using Azure OpenAI or related services. • Contribute to system architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring while upholding engineering standards. • Support DevOps practices, including arenaflex/CD, monitoring, and operational readiness. Qualifications You Must Have • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. • C#/.NET experience; Blazor experience strongly preferred. • Experience with DevExpress Blazor (DxGrid/editors/reporting) and optimizing for large datasets. • Experience building data-driven apps with SQL (Azure SQL/SQL Server) and performance-minded querying. • Experience deploying/operating apps in Azure (App Services + related services). • Familiarity with arenaflex/CD pipelines and observability tools in Azure. • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer • Experience with AI/ML and integrating responsible AI practices. • Familiarity with data science tools such as R or Python analytics libraries. • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/ARM/Terraform) and PowerShell automation. • Knowledge of Azure identity integrations (Azure AD, OAuth2/OIDC). • Background in asynchronous integration patterns (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
