We at Fusion Practices are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience and strong hands-on experience across multiple HCM Cloud modules. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and rollout of Oracle HCM solutions, including support for Redwood UX and AI-driven features. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements. • Configure and test Oracle HCM Cloud modules across the following areas: • Core HR & Workforce Management • Global Human Resources (Core HR), Workforce Directory Management, Journeys, Self Service (MSS/ESS), Workforce Modeling and Predictions, Work Life Solutions. Talent, Compensation & Learning • Recruiting Cloud, Talent Management (Performance, Goal, Succession, Career Development), Workforce Compensation, Learning Cloud (Learning & Grow). Absence, Benefits & Time • Absence Management, Benefits Cloud, Strategic Workforce Planning, Time and Labor Cloud. Emerging Capabilities • Redwood UX and AI-based HCM features (skills recommendation, user guidance). • Configure and support Journeys and Self-Service processes. • Set up approval flows, security roles, and user guidance for MSS/ESS. • Provide expertise on Benefits configuration and eligibility rules. • Support system testing (SIT, UAT), go-live activities, and hyper care. • Prepare business and functional documentation. • Conduct end-user training and assist in change management. • Coordinate with technical teams on data conversion, integrations, and reporting. Requirements Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. • Strong expertise in Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits. • Experience with Journeys and Self-Service configuration. • Familiarity with Fast Formulas (Absence, Eligibility, Time and Labor). • Experience with HDL/HSDL for supporting data-related activities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
