Our client, a dynamic organization, is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Office Administrator & Operations Lead to manage and streamline administrative and operational functions within a fully remote setting. This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's administrative operations, supporting various departments, and contributing to overall operational excellence from your remote workspace. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, possesses strong communication skills, and is adept at utilizing technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, including but not limited to, correspondence, filing, scheduling, and general office support for a remote workforce. Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative policies and procedures. Manage vendor relationships and procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for team members as needed. Process expense reports and manage company credit cards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
