This role combines technical leadership, strategic planning, and people's development, ensuring secure and scalable identity solutions across a global organization.What You'll DoLeadership & People DevelopmentLead and mentor engineering teams and managers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.Support career growth through coaching, development plans, and succession planning.Promote innovation and model company values.Software Engineering & IAMProvide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in software development.Contribute software architecture, design reviews, and DevOps processes for IAM-related projects.Ensure systems are highly available, secure, and optimized for performance.Recognize and continuously improve software engineering standards and practices within the team.Collaborate on product roadmap planning and infrastructure needs to support future growth.Offer insights on migration and integration of external, federated identities into legacy systems.Promote operational excellence, including incident management and root cause analysis.Encourage innovation and adoption of modern technologies to enhance IAM capabilities.Drive IAM architecture modernization and adoption of industry standards: OAuth 2.0+, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, RBAC, ABAC, MFA.Experience with Auth0 preferred; familiarity with Keycloak, Okta, PingFederate is a plus.Project & Program ManagementPlan and deliver cross-functional projects on time and within budget.Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues effectively.Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted technical liaison for customer advisories and incident resolution.Build strong relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Facilitate constructive conflict resolution and set clear expectations.Operational ExcellenceMonitor KPIs and operational metrics; recommend improvements.Ensure compliance with policies and budget guidelines.Participate in root cause analysis and operational reviews.Strategic Planning & InnovationDevelop and communicate IAM roadmap aligned with business priorities.Encourage continuous improvement and innovative solutions.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience in software development leadership roles.Strong background in IAM technologies and standards.Experience managing globally distributed teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; Polish language is a plus.The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:Poland (Outside of Masovian) : 356,000 - 589,000 PLN / AnnualPoland (Masovian) : 392,000 - 649,000 PLN / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum arenaflex for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
