ScrumMaster / Project Manager (Must have recent Healthcare) Remote Contract Seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for cutting-edge initiatives in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile methodologies, a proven track record of supporting AI-driven product development, and an understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory, clinical, or payer/provider landscapes. Key Responsibilities • Act as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams working on based healthcare products. • Guide teams in Agile best practices, Scrum ceremonies, and continuous improvement. • Identify and eliminate impediments, facilitate team communication, and foster a collaborative environment. • Coordinate across teams and departments to manage dependencies and promote alignment. • Champion Agile adoption and maturity across the organization. • Utilize metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, cycle time) to provide transparency and improve delivery outcomes. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. • Strong background in the healthcare industry (payer, provider, health tech, or life sciences). • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence). • Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills. • Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, etc.). • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) • Background in healthcare informatics, EHR systems, or medical imaging. • Experience in scaled Agile environments or Agile transformations.
