About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Script writer with experience in short-form, action-driven storytelling and a strong understanding of pop culture or franchise-style content. This role is ideal for a visually minded writer who understands pacing, structure, and high-impact storytelling in under 3 minutes. If you know how to hook audiences in the first 3 seconds and build dynamic, movement-driven narratives, we’d love to connect.


What You’ll Do

  • Write compelling 1–3 minute scripts for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels, and digital web series
  • Develop action-driven narratives built around movement, physical beats, and visual storytelling (not dialogue-heavy content)
  • Adapt scripts to platform trends and audience retention requirements
  • Collaborate closely with producers and creative leads
  • Contribute to serialised storytelling formats (strong plus)


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of professional scriptwriting experience (commercial, branded, entertainment, or narrative)
  • Strong experience writing short-form content (1–3 minutes)
  • Proven ability to write visually engaging, action-based scripts
  • Pop culture or franchise-style narrative experience
  • Understanding of pacing, hooks, retention structure, and digital-first storytelling
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
