Program Manager – Residential Youth Program 
4-Day Work Week Schedule - Tuesday - Friday - 10hr shifts
Location: Rumney, NH

Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a student residence and lead a dedicated team of Youth Counselors, Community Leaders, and Assistant Program Managers. This is a leadership role where you’ll create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for at-risk youth while mentoring staff and ensuring program excellence.

About Us:
Founded in 2003, MPA is a growing nonprofit alliance dedicated to helping adolescents discover their potential and succeed in life. We provide residential treatment, community-based programs, and special education services across New England.
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage daily operations of a student residence
  • Supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with policies and treatment plans
  • Coordinate recreational and educational activities for youth
  • Maintain communication with clinical teams and document services accurately
  • Oversee scheduling, time sheets, and facility needs
  • Provide behavioral management and crisis intervention
  • Foster a positive, therapeutic environment for youth and staff
Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safe driver guidelines
    • 21+ years old
    • Background check clearance
    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years parenting experience
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
    • 3+ years of relevant experience
    • 2+ years of supervisory experience
