As the Staff Product Marketing Manager for Hivemind, you will be responsible for translating autonomy technology into market-ready value propositions and developing go-to-market strategies across various sectors. Responsibilities • Define and evolve clear, differentiated value propositions and positioning for the Hivemind platform and its product lines • Translate complex technical architecture and product capabilities into compelling narratives for multiple audiences, including defense, government, and commercial buyers • Develop go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches, updates, and new applications across regions and verticals • Create and manage sales enablement tools, including product decks, one-pagers, competitive briefs, and field training materials • Partner with Product, BD, and Sales teams to ensure roadmap milestones are translated into clear, customer-facing messaging • Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and campaign strategy • Track adoption, message resonance, and ROI of product marketing initiatives through clear metrics and dashboards • Collaborate with Strategic and Solutions Marketing leads to ensure product-level messaging aligns with the broader Hivemind story Skills • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, consulting, or related fields, ideally in AI, defense, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-oriented messaging • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for multi-product portfolios • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, and Engineering • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and market insights • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Benefits • Bonus • Benefits • Equity • Temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment) Company Overview • Shield AI is a deep-tech company that focuses on developing AI-powered systems to enhance the safety of service members and civilians.
