Position Summary As a Senior Epic Security Analyst, you will design, implement, and manage Epic security infrastructure to ensure secure, compliant access for enterprise and Community Connect partners. You will safeguard PHI, maintain HIPAA compliance, and serve as an escalation point for complex access issues. Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) • Experience: 8+ years in Epic security or related field • Certification: Current Epic Security Certification Preferred: • Master’s in information security or related field • Advanced HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST training • Additional Epic certifications (Bridges, Data Courier, Chronicles) • Industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA Key Responsibilities • Epic Security: Design and maintain roles, security classes, profiles, and provider records; manage user access lifecycle; configure third-party integrations; apply latest Epic security features. • IAM & Automation: Oversee provisioning/de-provisioning; support automation initiatives; assist with Active Directory, IGA platforms, and MFA solutions. • Compliance & Audit: Conduct access audits; ensure HIPAA compliance; resolve complex security issues; support HITRUST, HIPAA, and PCI efforts.
