Responsibilities • Design and build backend services for the Live Media Asset Management platform. • Integrate third-party media asset management systems with existing hybrid infrastructure. • Implement robust data models and APIs for live media assets and their metadata. • Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive workflows for live content. • Work with AI/ML teams to enhance the MAM ecosystem with automated functionalities. • Own production services, focusing on reliability, observability, and on-call support for critical workflows. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in building and operating backend/platform services in production. • Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures. • Experience in media platforms, MAM/DAM systems, or complex integrations with third-party platforms. • Proficient in working in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments. • Ability to design reusable services and clear APIs for various internal stakeholders. • Committed to ensuring reliability and observability for time-sensitive workflows. • A strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively across teams. • Self-directed and comfortable with autonomy and responsibility.
