Must Haves: • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager • 5+ years working on high visibility projects that involved large budgets, multiple system changes and stakeholder groups • Agile Methodology • Business Case Creation experience • Degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, designation or equivalent. Responsibilities: • Creates, executes, and manages project stream plans, following Agile methodology, practices, and ceremonies (Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives), based on direction and priorities established by Operational Business Champion and stream leads. • Manages the stream schedule, milestones, deliverables, and action items for projects. • Organizes and oversees release of key deliverables for acceptor/approver. • Manages and coordinates activities to ensure tasks are executed according to the plan and objectives. • Leads project discussions and participates as an active member of the project team. • Understands the nature of work performed by stream and provides recommendations on best practices to plan and execute to meet expected timelines and quality deliverables. • Logs, maintains, and escalates RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) on behalf of project stream using project software tool, Azure DevOps. Follows up and takes action as required. • Facilitates daily and weekly Scrums for the stream • Attends Scrum X3 and provides updates on behalf of the stream, including risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers. • Proactively identifies and manages interdependencies and constraints between streams to reduce delivery risk. • Ensures the appropriate governance structure is maintained on the project. • Contributes to defining and assessing project stream success and readiness criterion factors and measurements. • Collaborates and shares knowledge with Project Management Team to ensure consistency among streams and leverage best practices to ensure overall project delivery and success. • Works closely to resolve conflicts and competing priorities between streams.
