[Remote] Regulatory and Compliance Lead Analyst - Verity Solutions - Remote

The Regulatory and Compliance Lead Analyst role involves monitoring regulatory changes, coordinating audits, and supporting training initiatives to uphold program integrity and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities • Monitor 340B program updates and industry regulations from HRSA/OPA, Medicaid, manufacturers, and other key agencies • Track and document ongoing rule and policy changes • Collect, organize, and maintain internal resource libraries of industry updates • Coordinate client audit support activities, including HRSA, manufacturer, payer, and mock audits • Maintain audit documentation and track outcomes • Assist in compiling compliance reports and dashboards for leadership review • Support data entry and tracking for compliance metrics and training completion • Schedule and coordinate training sessions for staff and external stakeholders • Maintain records of training attendance, certification status, and completion • Assist in developing and preparing training materials, presentations, and related resources in collaboration with leadership • Monitor and respond to inquiries from internal teams and covered entities related to regulatory, compliance, and training topics • Provide clear, timely communication to support a positive stakeholder experience Skills • High school diploma required • 3+ years of 340B program experience and a foundational understanding of pharmacy operations required • Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or compliance • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with arenaflex Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) • High attention to detail with strong follow‑through • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment • Customer‑focused and team‑oriented approach, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred • Apexus 340B Certified Expert (ACE) • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent credential Benefits • Medical • Vision • Dental • Well-being and behavioral health programs • 401(k) • Company paid life insurance • Tuition reimbursement • A minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year • Paid holidays Company Overview • Verity Solutions is an award-winning leader in software and services that optimize pharmacy supply chain outcomes for better financial results and patient care.
