[Remote] Project Manager IV - Healthcare Systems & Supply Chain Transformation

This role leads high-impact, enterprise-level projects across healthcare operations and technology, focusing on delivering multiple concurrent initiatives with a strong emphasis on supply chain transformation. Responsibilities • Lead multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives spanning healthcare IT, HRIS/HCM, workforce systems, and supply chain operations • Own full project lifecycle: intake, business case, roadmap, execution, stabilization, and value realization • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risk, and executive-level reporting with minimal oversight • Lead projects involving strategic sourcing, inventory optimization, vendor management, contract lifecycle processes, and ERP integrations • Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Clinical stakeholders to redesign workflows tied to purchasing, inventory, freight, vendor compliance, and arenaflex controls • Drive system adoption tied directly to measurable arenaflex savings, compliance, and operational efficiency • Lead implementations and optimizations of HRIS, HCM, WFM, ERP, inventory, and contract management systems • Oversee system configuration, testing, integrations, data validation, and go-live readiness • Translate operational requirements into clear technical specifications for IT and vendor partners • Lead enterprise process redesign across HR, payroll, timekeeping, supply chain, and finance operations • Develop change management strategies including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and training execution • Stabilize complex or at-risk initiatives and drive adoption post-implementation • Direct cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, analysts, and operational SMEs • Influence senior leaders and executives through clear, data-driven communication • Ensure adherence to PMI standards, internal governance, and healthcare regulatory requirements Skills • CANDIDATES MUST HAVE SUPPLY CHAIN EXPERIENCE • 10+ years of experience leading complex initiatives within healthcare environments • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading supply chain operations, including sourcing, contracting, inventory, or vendor management • Proven ability to drive enterprise-level arenaflex reduction, operational efficiency, and compliance through systems and process improvement • Hands-on Experience With Enterprise Systems, Such As Workday (HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain modules) • Lawson, McKesson, or similar ERP / supply chain platforms • Inventory or contract lifecycle management systems • Strong understanding of system integrations, data validation, and workflow configuration • Comfortable working with data to support decision-making, including spend analysis, KPI tracking, and operational reporting • Experience partnering with analysts or IT teams using SQL, reporting tools, or enterprise dashboards (hands-on not required, but fluency expected) • Track record of leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and organizational change • Known for operational credibility — able to engage clinicians, finance, supply chain, IT, and executives as a peer • Experience coaching teams and elevating delivery discipline across large programs • Background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, or value analysis within healthcare • Experience delivering system-enabled arenaflex savings at enterprise scale • Prior Consulting Or System-level Health System Experience Strongly Preferred Company Overview • Kavaliro is a staffing and recruiting company that offers IT, management, and administrative staffing services.
