Job Title : Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant (Techno-Functional) Location : Remote Visa : USC GC H1B transfer EAD W2 We are looking for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Technical Consultant with solid hands-on experience in ORC integrations reporting data loads and workflow configuration. This role requires strong technical skills with a good understanding of the functional Recruiting lifecycle . Responsibilities • Develop ORC integrations using OIC REST / SOAP APIs HCM Extracts HDL / HSDL . • Build OTBI / BIP recruiting reports custom dashboards and analytics. • Create and maintain offer letter templates screening questionnaires and approval workflows. • Design Fast Formulas for eligibility validation approval routing and data transformations. • Lead data migration of candidates requisitions templates screening questions and job models. • Build Redwood / VBCS extensions for recruiter and candidate pages. • Troubleshoot ORC workflows integrations and reporting issues. • Support CRP SIT UAT testing cycles and help users validate recruiting transactions. • Collaborate with HR / TA teams to gather functional requirements and optimize recruiting processes.
