Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an engineering team, ensuring alignment with product and business goals
- Own the overall health, scalability, and quality of products within the team’s domain
- Drive technical execution and delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions
- Empower and unblock the team by establishing efficient execution and operational processes, ensuring high velocity and impactful delivery
