[Remote] Leader, Americas Partner Marketing

They are seeking an experienced Americas Partner Marketing Leader to own the partner marketing strategy for the Americas region, guiding the channel marketing team to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring the AMER Channel Marketing team, providing strategic direction and support for partner programs
  • Developing and own the partner marketing strategy for the AMER region, aligning with company objectives and channel sales priorities
  • Working closely with the AMER channel sales team to identify partner opportunities, ensure alignment on marketing initiatives, and maximize joint impact
  • Overseeing Market Development Fund (MDF) planning, allocation, and optimization, ensuring funds are used effectively to drive partner performance
  • Setting the vision for partner engagement programs, campaign execution, and co-marketing activities, while delegating execution to the team
  • Measuring and reporting on program performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Building relationships with key AMER partners, ensuring marketing programs meet partner needs and drive mutual growth
  • Staying informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and channel marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 12 to 15 years of experience in partner/channel marketing, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role
  • Proven experience developing and executing partner marketing strategies that drive measurable impact
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience managing Market Development Funds (MDF)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, mentor direct reports, and foster high-performing teams
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills to work across sales, marketing, and partner organizations
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide strategy and decision-making
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
