Excellent career opportunity for a Lead Generation Representative. This position is an integral role on Quadient's demand generation team. The primary responsibility is to cold call and identify sales opportunities in the Mail Related Services segment for the company's Field Sales Representatives. The Lead Generation Representative uses both prospect and customer data sources. The ideal candidate must have clearly developed qualitative and quantitative skills which allow for success in this role. This is a remote position from anywhere in the U.S. Quadient's demand generation team helps create millions of dollars in sales. This department plays a key role in campaign management by gathering information from various sources, providing business insight, and customer science to help optimize marketing campaign operations and results. Responsibilities • Achieve Lead Generation Goals: Consistently identify and nurture potential sales opportunities through professional outbound calls 120-140 daily. • Action Plan Development: Create and execute strategies to improve results, leveraging data analysis and sales process expertise. • Feedback and Collaboration: Provide constructive feedback on campaign effectiveness and collaborate professionally with internal and external customers. • Team Relationships: Build strong relationships across teams, fostering collaboration through effective communication, presentation, and active listening skills. • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce CRM, ensuring seamless data management and reporting. Requirements • 2-5 years in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development, with a proven track record of success. • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a passion for meeting and exceeding targets, and experience in high-volume outbound calling. • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
