Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team, playing a key role in expanding our outreach to dermatologists nationwide. This role is responsible for introducing PathologyWatch’s digital pathology solution, DOT, to potential clients, following up on leads from marketing campaigns and industry events, and creating new business opportunities through strategic cold calling. The Inside Sales Representative will directly support the sales team in pipeline development, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to dermatologists across the U.S. to introduce them to our digital pathology solution. • Cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities. • Research and qualify leads, ensuring alignment with PathologyWatch’s ideal customer profile. Lead Follow-Up & Sales Team Support • Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns, conferences, and industry events attended by the sales team. • Engage prospects, schedule follow-up conversations, and transition qualified leads to the sales team. • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems, tracking lead interactions, call notes, and next steps. Pipeline Management & Reporting • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities. • Provide weekly reports on outreach efforts, lead conversions, and opportunities generated. • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies based on market response. Product & Industry Knowledge • Develop an in-depth understanding of PathologyWatch’s digital dermatopathology solution and how it benefits dermatology practices. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and common customer pain points to enhance sales effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or lead generation (healthcare or medical sales preferred). Strong communication skills and ability to engage busy professionals effectively. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting. CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms). Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Must be able to work Central Time Zone hours to alight with key stakeholders and business operations. Preferred: • Experience in medical sales, dermatology, pathology, or SaaS-based healthcare solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
