The General Manager will define and execute strategic vision and business plans, leading customer acquisition and retention efforts while driving measurable business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing strategic vision, business plans, and revenue targets that align with Zoom's platform goals
  • Driving customer acquisition, expansion, and retention across enterprise, mid-market, and channelled segmentsDemonstrate deep expertise in conversational intelligence, revenue operations, or sales engagement platforms
  • Leading go-to-market strategy development including pricing, positioning, attractive differentiation, and sales enablementOwn P&L responsibility and drive measurable business outcomes including revenue growth and customer retention
  • Building and scaling cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to accelerate adoption
  • Establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks to track business performance, pipeline health, and product adoption metrics

Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in go-to-market leadership, product management, or general management within B2B SaaS
  • Deep expertise in conversational intelligence, revenue operations, or sales engagement platforms
  • Experience driving measurable business outcomes including revenue growth and customer retention
  • Understanding of enterprise SaaS sales motions including direct sales, channel partnerships, and product led growth
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams in ever-changing, high-growth environments
