This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within Kenya, while primarily supporting our esteemed clients in the Bungoma, Bungoma, KE region. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of sophisticated network infrastructure and related hardware. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex hardware and software issues for network equipment, servers, and associated peripherals. Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Conduct preventative maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Provide technical support to end-users and clients, resolving issues efficiently and effectively via remote access tools and communication channels. Document all service activities, findings, and resolutions in the company's ticketing system.
