Remote Executive Administrative Assistant

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive remote support. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions within a dynamic, fully remote work environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable time management abilities, and a strong capacity for discretion and problem-solving. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing documents, and acting as a key point of contact for various stakeholders. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls with internal and external parties. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy. Act as a primary point of contact for executives, screening calls, managing emails, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Organize and manage virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items. Conduct research and compile information for various projects and reports as requested by executives. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity. Manage office supplies and logistics for remote work setups, ensuring executives have the necessary resources. Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address potential issues. Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and workflow within the remote team. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role, preferably supporting C-level executives. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, organize complex schedules, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading and editing abilities.
