Remote Bookkeeper with QuickBooks and Buildium Experience

Position Type: Full-Time (approximately 30 hours per week) Overview Fourte International is a multifaceted organization engaged in real estate brokerage, property management, legal services, and education. We are seeking a Remote Bookkeeper to manage daily accounting tasks for our property management and legal divisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using QuickBooks Online and Buildium, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain organized, accurate financial records. This role focuses on bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation. Responsibilities: Accounting & Recordkeeping •Record daily transactions in QuickBooks Online and Buildium • Maintain accurate ledgers for rent, expenses, and security deposits • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts weekly • Track rent payments, invoices, and vendor bills Financial Reporting • Prepare monthly income and expense summaries for management review • Assist with owner statements and financial reports • Support year-end reporting and 1099 preparation Compliance & Organization • Ensure all financial data is properly categorized and documented • Review transactions for accuracy and completeness • Maintain organized digital files of receipts, invoices, and reports Qualifications • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required) • Experience with Buildium or other property management software (preferred) • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Must be able to work Eastern Time hours • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace Work Schedule Full-time (approximately 30 hours per week), Monday to Friday, following Eastern Time business hours.
