Remote Apprenticeship Program Coordinator

Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Remote Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to manage and grow their innovative apprenticeship initiatives. This is a fully remote position, focused on connecting aspiring professionals with valuable training opportunities and supporting their journey from recruitment to completion. The ideal candidate has a passion for talent development, strong organizational skills, and experience in program management or coordination, particularly within an educational or vocational training context. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring the smooth operation of the program and fostering a positive experience for apprentices and mentors alike.

Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end management of the apprenticeship program, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and completion. Develop and refine program curriculum and training materials in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external partners. Recruit, screen, and onboard new apprentices, ensuring a good fit with program requirements and company culture. Coordinate training schedules, workshops, and mentorship sessions for apprentices. Serve as the primary point of contact for apprentices, mentors, and host departments, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Track apprentice progress, performance, and feedback, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Manage program documentation, record-keeping, and reporting requirements. Assist in the development and execution of program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives. Organize virtual career fairs, information sessions, and networking events for apprentices. Ensure compliance with all relevant apprenticeship standards and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and government agencies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, or a related role. Experience in managing apprenticeship programs or vocational training initiatives is highly desirable. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups. Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools, learning management systems (LMS), and HRIS software. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to program development and execution. Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to fostering talent. Familiarity with apprenticeship frameworks and standards.
