Job Title: Remote Appraisal Operations Assistant (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,200 - 1,700 USD/month depending on experience paid via Wise or similar platform Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours Central Time Job Overview Our client is a residential real estate appraisal company based in Conway, Arkansas, serving six counties in Central Arkansas. They provide appraisals for single-family homes, duplexes, and vacant land for purchases, refinancing, estates, divorce, and pre-listing valuations. Our clients include lenders, homeowners, attorneys, and investors. They're a small, close-knit team focused on quality work and continuous improvement. They value initiative, open communication, and a team-first attitude. They're actively working to streamline operations, leverage AI tools, and build systems that allow them to grow efficiently. We're looking for an experienced, self-directed Appraisal Operations Assistant to support their residential appraisal production and help build better processes. This role starts with report cleanup, CRM management, and process documentation, with a clear growth path into analysis support, report writing, and production coordination. The right person will become a key part of our operations—not just by completing tasks, but helping the company work smarter. Responsibilities: Initial Focus: • Report cleanup and File preparation • CRM development and management • Process development and documentation • Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and AI integration Evolving Into: • Analysis support (adjustments, comments) for appraiser review • Report writing • Production coordination (deadline management, file organization, appraiser check-ins) Growth Path: • Oversight of appraisal production process • Managing other virtual assistants Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: Non-Negotiable: • Residential real estate appraisal experience • Initiative and critical thinking—self-starter who follows through without reminders and brings thoughtful suggestions • AI literacy—actively uses AI tools and can identify opportunities for AI to improve processes • Strong written and verbal English • Reliability—does what's asked consistently without hand-holding • Solid references Nice to Have: • CRM experience • Client-facing English level • Experience with Monday.com, Slack, Dropbox, Trello, arenaflex 365, or Total appraisal software • Process documentation experience • Prior virtual assistant or remote work experience • Interest in growing into a management role Benefits • Flexible schedule within US business hours • Performance & other bonuses considered over time • Opportunity for growth into production oversight and team management Note: The company does not work on US holidays, however, these will be unpaid days off.
