[Remote] Analyst - FM Advisory

The FM Advisory Analyst is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of facilities, involving data analysis, budgeting, supplier management, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to building operations, including facilities management, asset maintenance, and budget tracking • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management • Identify trends, inefficiencies, or potential risks and recommend corrective actions • Assist in the development and management of the organization's facilities budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting future costs, and finding opportunities for arenaflex savings • Review supplier contracts and service agreements to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines • Support the selection, coordination, and management of external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security) • Track service performance, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and leadership • Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of facilities initiatives • Prepare and deliver presentations, status updates, and project documentation while ensuring alignment of facilities projects with organizational priorities, timelines, and budgets • Identify opportunities for operational improvements that enhance client satisfaction and retention • Contribute to proposals, bids, and presentations for new business opportunities • Support relationship management with external clients and service providers while providing financial analyses and market insights to help expand FM service offerings • Collaborate with leadership to align facilities strategy with overall business growth objectives • Identify and recommend improvements in facilities management processes, technology, and systems to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and tenant satisfaction Skills • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or related area • 5 years of relevant work experience in facilities management analysis • Commercial Real Estate experience required • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems • In-depth knowledge of arenaflex Office products • Exceptional analytical skills; strong ability to think through range of possibilities and scenarios • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset Benefits • Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term/long-term disability. • Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. • Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. • Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. • Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. • Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. • Bonus This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
