We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Regulatory Publishing Specialist to join Thermo Fisher Scientific’s team. As a Regulatory Publishing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and publishing regulatory submissions for product registration and ensuring that all submissions are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with experience working in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. They should have strong technical writing and communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have experience with publishing software such as Adobe Acrobat. Responsibilities: Create and publish regulatory submissions for product registration in accordance with applicable regulations. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain document management systems. Utilize publishing software such as Adobe Acrobat for creating and publishing submissions. Monitor and track regulatory submission progress. Provide technical writing support for regulatory documents. Monitor and evaluate industry updates and changes in regulations, and assess their impact on submissions. Provide oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with submission guidelines. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding regulatory submissions.
