Regional Sales and Leasing Manager

Talento has partnered with a Property Management Company in Kansas City seeking a Regional Sales and Leasing Manager. OVERVIEW The Regional Sales and Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all sales and leasing operations across multiple manufactured housing communities in areas including Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, and Indianapolis. This includes driving occupancy rates, optimizing home sales, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement regional sales plans, quotas, and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. • Recruit, train, and supervise a sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve individual andteam goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Identify and generate leads within the region, developing and implementing lead generation strategies. • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, track sales performance, and report on regional results. • Maintain a high level of knowledge about manufactured housing products, features, and benefits. • Ensure compliance with all relevant sales regulations and policies.
