human resources organization, and candidates as an expert who understands their objectives and needs and delivers results.</li><li>Establishes strong customer relationships throughout Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta as an effective business partner and demonstrates a solid working knowledge of each customer’s unit of responsibility by regularly meeting with unit leadership.</li><li>Educates and updates customers on initiatives to fill current and anticipated positions and provides insight and suggestions regarding marketplace trend data (e.g., economic, labor, industry insight).</li><li>Continually assesses and identifies opportunities for improvement and develops solutions that positively impact hiring manager satisfaction and candidate experience.</li><li>Provides consultation and assistance to leadership on recruiting- and staffing-related issues.</li><li>Provides direction, leadership, and coaching to team members assigned to support recruiting and staffing.</li><li>Works closely with recruitment team and all levels of leadership to assess current and future staffing needs and develop and present a recruiting/sourcing strategy that defines how the team will identify and attract candidates across all campuses.</li><li>Ensures recruitment team is identifying and qualifying candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner by researching and utilizing techniques such as Internet-mining, social media, networking, job fairs, advertising, associate referrals, and third-party agencies for current and anticipated positions.</li><li>Provides regular updates and reporting to leadership on the results of the staffing team and modifies process and strategy as necessary.</li><li>Performs full life cycle recruitment as required.</li><li>Ensures a commitment to identify and attract diversity candidates.</li><li>Continually identifies and implements new sourcing strategies to support the attraction and engagement of candidates for current and anticipated openings.</li><li>Manages and delivers projects that support Staffing’s objectives and meet/exceed standards.</li><li>Identifies and manages key external relationships (e.g., advertising, college relations, associations, third-party agencies).</li><li>Responsible for all aspects of managing and leading a team including: interviewing, hiring, training,
