We Provide the Engine, You Provide the Spark We don’t expect you to work out of a spreadsheet. To ensure your success, we provide: • Professional CRM: Access to our sales pipeline to manage your prospects and track commissions. • Lead-Gen Tools: Industry-leading tools to help you identify high-potential short-term rental properties and owner contact information. • Support: We provide the marketing collateral and data you need to show owners exactly how much more they could be making with us. • Note: While we provide the tech and lead-search tools, partners are expected to be proactive in accruing and hunting their own leads via their network and the tools provided. Compelling Compensation Structure Turn your professional network into a recurring revenue stream: • $500 Onboarding Bonus: Paid for every property successfully signed and onboarded. • 12% Residual Commission: Earn 12% of the company’s management fee for 2 full years for every property you bring in. • True Passive Income: Once the contract is signed, your work is done. Responsibilities • Identify and engage potential property owners interested in short-term rental opportunities within North Carolina. • Conduct property evaluations and market analysis to determine suitability for short-term rentals. • Negotiate purchase agreements and lease terms with property owners, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties. • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract property owners and expand the company's portfolio. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and clear communication. • Stay informed about local market trends, fair housing regulations, and real estate laws to ensure compliance in all transactions. • Manage administrative tasks related to property acquisition, including documentation, contracts, and follow-up communications. • Collaborate with property management teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of new properties into the rental program.
