Description:
Ability to follow demonstrated directions. All training is typically given on-the-job. Perform a variety of production duties:

Primary Responsibilities:
Tending to machines and handling products.
Visual sorting, packing, or performing other operations that can be learned on-the-job in a short time.
Uses pallet jacks to move material in the work area.

Required Qualifications:
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Follow verbal instructions
Able to work independently
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in similar position or role
Salary commensurate with skills and experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, stoop, hear, use fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms
Standing and walking for extended periods of time (estimated at 8-10 hours per day)
Ascending and descending stairs and/or ladders
The noise level in the work environment is moderate manufacturing noise. Hearing requirements include the ability to hear and respond to instructions, communicate effectively in loud areas.
Occasionally work in spaces with noise up to 100 dB (with company-provided ear protection).
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
May be exposed to dust or other irritants and electrical/mechanical/power equipment/heat hazards.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Possible travel, working around others, and with others.
Physical duties are subject to change.

Preferred:
Experience using overhead and jib cranes
Experience with lift machinery such as forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift
