What You'll Do As a Product Manager III at arenaflex Data Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and roadmap. Your responsibilities will include: Strategy Execution: Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap to address customer needs, ensuring seamless product development and delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data stewardship, to bring products to life. Product Evangelism: Serve as the go-to expert for product offerings, evangelizing our value proposition to customers and stakeholders. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use insights from data to inform product improvements, assess product performance metrics, and identify trends and insights. Customer Connection: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and inform the roadmap, mapping opportunities in user stories, flow diagrams, and wireframes. Agile Product Management: Organize sprints, prioritize the product backlog, and provide clarity around requirements to the product development group. Product Management Experience: At least 3 years of product management experience, with 2 years in the B2B space. Enterprise/B2B Experience: Experience launching Enterprise/B2B web and mobile apps. Technical Acumen: Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into business impact/requirements. Retail Experience: A minimum of two years of Retail experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional and global teams across time zones. API Integrations: Experience working with API integrations. User-Centric Approach: A user-centric product management approach. Data Management: A solid understanding of data, data management, and good data practices. Data Analytics: Basic knowledge of data analytics and data science concepts. Communication Skills: Excellent user story writing skills, user journey mapping, wireframing, and workflow diagrams.
